Dispatch , Delivery and Returns Policy Details
In stock with us Items :
All items that are in stock with us will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.
In stock with supplier Items :
If your order includes an In stock with supplier item, the total order will be dispatched once that item/s has/have arrived at our warehouse. In stock with supplier items Usually take 7-10 working days, but it could take longer it the item is out of stock with our supplier (after placing the order by you) which should not take no longer than 14-21 working days to arrive.
* Please note that we are currently experiencing some delays in receiving stock from our supplier due to COVID-19 crisis. Dispatch times could take up to 7 days longer that what is mentioned beside the 'in stock with supplier' item. If you are ordering items for a special occasion, please allow sufficient time for items to arrive to you.
Delivery Times :
Delivery of all orders is subject to stock availability and authorization of your payment.
Delivery is approximately work 2-4 working days in the Australia. (Please note there could be delays with Australia Post due to COVID-19)
Next day delivery is available at an extra cost.
Delivery is approximately 7-14 working days outside Australia.
Customers also have the option to pick up from our collection point at Shop 10, 2 Lyndarum Drive Epping Vic 3178. (Collection point ONLY. We do not have a physical shop to view items)
We deliver Australia wide. All these chargers include tracking.
Delivery charges are approximate on the website and charges may vary to some postcodes in Australia. In those instances, we will advise the customers by emaithe exact postage charge and the action/s will be taken.
We can either deliver your order to the billing address for the credit\debit card you use to pay for your order or you can specify an alternative delivery address in the ‘delivery address’ section of the checkout
We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time scales; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated time scales. All deliveries will be made according to the carriers standard procedures; therefore, we cannot guarantee a particular delivery date or time. Risk of loss and damage of products will pass to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by our carriers. Our deliveries are made by Australia post or special delivery persons used by Little Characters Store.
If no one is available to receive the item, the Australia Post will give you the option to safe-drop or return the item to the local post office. we will not be responsible any parcel go missing if you choose the safe-drop. If a delivery is refused or the parcel was return to the local post office or you are not available to receive the goods on 1st and 2nd attempts, and the goods are returned to us, you will be charged the full shipping charges, and any further costs incurred as a result. All goods are sold subject to availability, if any goods are not available at the point of dispatch we will refund you in full for those goods. Please allow a refund to process within 1-3 business days.
Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy No refunds are accepted unless the items are faulty or damaged and all sales are final. We make sure the items are in good condition before we post. Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned due to health and hygienic reasons.
Please note we are regularly adding items to our website. If you see any product with $0.00 or free postage or both, please do not continue to add this to your basket as they have not yet been setup correctly to complete a purchase. Any purchases as such will be null and void.
If we are unable to provide the goods on the promised date due to an unavoidable circumstance (ie:shipping delays from the supplier ,items becoming unavailable after ordering) the customers can request for a refund or a replacement with another item in stock, and this will be processed within 72 hours after the request is made without any compensation/interest as these events are beyond my control.. If you find you have a problem with the delivery or with any of the products please notify ourselves at the earliest possible time (Within 24 hours for delivery problems) you can contact us at email@example.com and where applicable a refund will be offered for these faulty items and will processed within 72 hours of receiving the goods back. If a refund has to be processed outside of the Australia via bank transfer, then the standard bank charge will apply. If a refund is processed via PayPal, then PayPal will refund that portion of the charges. Over-payments can be kept as store credits for future orders.
